How do I add an email address to my Safe Senders list because I am not able to find out where to do this and now I have to add words to get to 50 characters to ask this question and now it is saying that I need to add a tag that won't work...

    Hi. I'm Brian.

In addition to what the AI states, you can, instead, make sure the address is one of your Contacts. Contacts are always considered safe senders. Also, keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of entries in the safe sender list. If you have a domain from which you often receive messages (multiple senders all using that domain), then add the domain itself to the safe sender list rather than each individual sending address.

In Outlook on the web or Outlook.com:

    1. Select Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    2. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender.
    3. Enter the email address or domain.
    4. Select OK, then Save.

If needed, a mailing list can also be added under Safe mailing lists.
