Microsoft's published list of countries with in-person Surface Authorized Service Providers does not currently include India. So, I cannot confirm that India has a Microsoft-listed Surface ASP based on the official list.
Many other “authorised Surface service centre” pages for Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad appear to be marketing pages for independent repairers. I wouldn’t rely on them.
