Hello guys! First of all i want to say sorry for posting this here, after months of chatting with Microsoft support agents i just don't see any other option. I believe my PC is enrolled mistakenly into a tenant somehow because it always changes edition from Pro to Enterprise. I am also able to login to Azure Portal even though i am a non business person and i made this e-mail probably 1-2 months ago. I cannot make a support ticket because it keeps saying something about bad login and tokens.

I figured out that even after clean Windows 11 Pro install my device will eventually change to Enterprise by itself even though i never purchased it, it also says Activated.

Why is this happening and what are my options?

Microsoft Security | Intune | Enrollment

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

After reviewing all the information and comments, it doesn't seem to be linked to a tenant as it doesn't have Subscription activation information from slmgr /dlv command and it's missing registry keys that corporate devices have.

For me, it seems that your motherboard is somehow tied with Enterprise license, but it doesn't mean it's managed by anybody.

If you want to revert to Pro license, I suggest these steps:

    1. From Terminal (Administrator) run (Get-WmiObject -query 'select * from SoftwareLicensingService').OA3xOriginalProductKey. It should produce your Windows Pro product key (should be ending in "M7WGG"). If it fails and doesn't return a product key value - don't proceed with other steps.
    2. Run these commands:
    slmgr /ckms
    slmgr /upk
    slmgr /cpky

    1. Run changepk.exe /ProductKey {Your Product Key from Step 1}.

    Best regards.
