Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Christopher Parker,
The most suitable option will depend on which services you need in addition to meeting transcription.
If your main requirement is to hold Teams meetings and use features such as meeting recordings, transcripts, and live captions, you may consider Microsoft Teams Essentials. Please note that setting up Teams Essentials for business requires an organizational identity, which may include creating a new Microsoft Entra tenant and an administrator account.
You can review the setup requirements and available features here:

If you also need business email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and the web and mobile versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, you may consider Microsoft 365 Business Basic instead.
Please note that Business Basic does not include the installed desktop versions of the Microsoft 365 applications. It primarily includes the web and mobile applications, together with other business services.
You can compare the included features here: Microsoft 365 pricing for business: Plans and features
I recommend comparing the feature lists carefully before purchasing. If transcription is your main requirement and you do not need the additional Microsoft 365 business services, Teams Essentials may be the more focused option. If you need a broader business environment, Business Basic may be more suitable.
I hope this information helps you choose the option that best matches your meeting and business requirements.
Kind regards,
