About Opening Microsoft Antivirus Scan History Results?

I tried many times to try to open the Microsoft Defender's Scan History without success,it is not allowed or not permitted?.Without getting to see the scan end results?, simpy don't know what was detected and why?.I tried going into the Winevt folder and this also was blocked from opening further on?.Tried doing some changes in the Group Policy Editor and in the Regedit without success.I even tried to change to administrator or use any other ones on the list found within the settings through the properties of the Microsoft Defender Antivirus, and that didn't work either.Whatever configurations i tried had ended up as dead ends and looking into moving to another free antivirus that doesn't have any issues with the end of scan results?.
