inporting a web calendar

I have tried every day for the last week to import a web calendar into my calendar on this account, and I keep getting the same error message. Please can you advise if there are any issues, and if you can add the web calendar, please? Thanks

    Hello,

    Just a quick heads up that this is a public forum staffed by users, not Microsoft employees, so we do not have any access to your account to add the calendar for you.

    To figure out why it is failing we need a bit more info.

    • Are you trying to import an ics calendar file saved on your computer or are you pasting a link to subscribe to a web calendar?
    • Also are you doing this on a standard personal Outlook account or a work or school account?

    Let me know so we can figure out what is causing that error.
