How to recover an account that was closed by Microsoft due to suspicious behaviour.

My personal email was blocked by Microsoft due to suspicious activity, it is my main email and i am incredibly stressed as it holds all my information that i no longer have access to.

I know my password but I can’t log in. When I go to get a code from the back up email I have registered, i never receive an email containing the code to my back up email. Following this I have completed the steps for a an account recovery request numerous times but have not had a single email back.

I have no way to access the email and every help/ support sends me in circles, is it possible to speak to someone rather than a chat bot to explain my situation as I desperately need access to my email? Has anyone else had a similar situation and managed to get access back?
