Asynchronously reads a collection of certificates from the input stream.

The input stream that contains the certificates.
Returns
A task whose result is a collection view of the certificates read from inStream. The collection can be empty.
Remarks
This .NET method runs GenerateCertificates(Stream) through Task.Run. The synchronous method reads the stream; this wrapper does not use asynchronous stream reads.
