Asynchronously generates a certificate revocation list (CRL) from the data in the input stream.

The input stream that contains the certificate revocation list data.
Returns
A task whose result is the certificate revocation list initialized with the data from inStream.
Remarks
This .NET method runs GenerateCRL(Stream) through Task.Run. The synchronous method reads the stream; this wrapper does not use asynchronous stream reads.
