Remarks
The name is http.protocol.expect-continue. The parameter value is a Boolean. This exchange lets a client check whether the server will accept a request before the client sends the body. Some servers and proxies do not support this exchange. UseExpectContinue(IHttpParams) returns false if no value is set.
