This article explains the different support options for products in Microsoft Marketplace.
Get support in an online store
To get support for a product while you're in Microsoft Marketplace, select the support link on the left side of the offer page.
If you haven't yet purchased the product, this takes you to the publisher's support site. If you already deployed the product, you can either use Microsoft's support portal or the support options in the relevant portal you use to complete the deployment (such as the Azure portal or Microsoft 365). Each of these portals has its own support menu. To get support for the product you purchased from a publisher, use that publisher's support site.
Get support from Marketplace within Azure portal
To get help with Marketplace within Azure portal, open a support request in the Help + Support page of the portal. Complete the dropdown fields as follows:
- Issue type - Billing or Subscription management
- Problem type - Marketplace
- Problem subtype - Choose the option that best describes your problem
Get help with a single-click private-offer purchase
Contact Microsoft support for Marketplace checkout, billing-transaction, subscription/resource-creation, or Microsoft-managed activation issues. Use the support-request steps in the previous section.
Contact your organization's administrator for missing permissions or purchasing-policy restrictions. Contact the software or service provider for account configuration, software access, or service delivery.
Include the private-offer identifier, affected products, approximate attempt time and time zone, current purchase results, and the error message. For a partially completed purchase, identify which products succeeded and which remain outstanding. Don't include passwords, access tokens, or payment-card details.
For purchase instructions, see Purchase a private offer with single-click purchase.
