Welcome Bill Bressette,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand that your Bluetooth mouse and keyboard aren't communicating with your display on Windows 11.
Could you please confirm whether the display is a monitor connected to a Windows 11 PC, or an all-in-one PC running Windows 11? Also, do the mouse and keyboard appear in Settings under Bluetooth & devices, and if so, do they show as Paired or Connected?
In the meantime, you can try these steps:
1, Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the devices are ready
- Open Settings, select Bluetooth & devices, and make sure Bluetooth is set to On.
- Charge the mouse and keyboard or replace their batteries.
- If either device has a channel or multi-device switch, make sure it's set to the channel paired with this computer and not to another device.
2, Remove and pair the devices again
- Go to Settings, then Bluetooth & devices, then Devices.
- Select the three dots next to the mouse or keyboard and choose Remove device.
- Put the mouse or keyboard into pairing mode. Check the device manual for the pairing button.
- Select Add device, choose Bluetooth, and select the device from the list.
3, Restart the Bluetooth Support Service
- Press Windows + R, type
services.mscand press Enter. - Right-click Bluetooth Support Service and select Restart.
- Double-click it, set Startup type to Automatic, then select Apply and OK.
Looking forward to your update.
